Service Description

This service is based on a per room basis and operates on a hybrid pricing model. The service is broken down into 2 stages: STAGE 1: Design and Planning - $900/room YOU WILL RECEIVE: - 2 hour site visit to take measurements of the space and conduct the first design meeting to go over your needs and style preferences (use our booking calendar during check out to find an available spot) - 1 Design Concept presented through detailed floor plan, 3D views, custom millwork drawings, elevation and electrical plans - Material and finishes selection - Furnishings and decor selection - Sample board presentation - Cost Schedule - 2 Revisions (we like to incorporate client feedback before finalizing the design) - 1 Design Book (pdf) with all finalized drawings and a complete shopping list of what/where to buy STAGE 2: Execution - $75/hour (invoice will be prepared on a weekly basis based on number of hours used towards the project) TASKS INCLUDE: - Purchasing and Procurement: You can choose to purchase on your own or request our design team to begin the process and schedule deliveries according to project timelines - Project Management and Contractor Coordination: You can choose to execute the design plans on your own or request our design team to schedule appointments with trades and manage the process until project completion. Weekly progress reports will be provided. - Site Visits: You can request our design team to make site visits to check up on progress of work, supervise a specific install or clarify any design questions that may come up during execution. Our design team can also be available to make showroom visits with the client for general conformity of the design plans. THINGS TO NOTE: - A service agreement (shared via email) will need to be signed prior to work starting - Open spaces with combined dining and living will be treated as 2 separate rooms - Minimum budget of $10,000 is required per room - Minimum budget of $30,000 is required for kitchen renovations - Travel fees ($0.59/km) maybe applicable for showroom or site visits falling outside of Brantford and the Greater Hamilton Area.
